The INPS has published a video tutorial on its Youtube institutional channel on the new methods of access by reservation to the counters of the INPS Provincial Directorate of Cuneo and of the Agencies throughout the provincial territory (including the use of a specific APP) operating starting from 2020st April XNUMX. From 5 October, the methods of access for users to the offices of the Revenue Agency in Piedmont have changed (in the province of Cuneo, the novelty concerns the Provincial Territory Office, and the territorial offices of Alba, Cuneo, Mondovì, Saluzzo). The preferred communication channel will remain the online one, while for cases that cannot be resolved via the web it will be necessary to book an appointment. Only the most urgent cases, on a residual basis, can be treated with direct access without an appointment. Thanks to this new reception model, the offices will be able to provide services more efficiently and taxpayers will be able to go to the Agency in absolute safety at the established time, without waiting, queues or gatherings.

How to book an appointment at the Agency

Cadastral and mortgage services can be booked using the web ticket (daily agenda) or the Appointment booking service for cadastral services following the path Contact and assistance> Cadastral and mortgage assistance> Appointment booking for cadastral services.

"Agile" assistance services - On the Inland Revenue site it is possible to consult the list of "agile services" that allow you to communicate with the Agency using the web platforms, by email, Pec or by phone. Taxpayers can also use the telematic services available without registration, without going to the office. For others, however, it is necessary to be in possession of the Pin code, which can be requested online or through the Revenue App. In addition to the Agency credentials, it is possible to access the online services of the reserved area via SPID, the Public Digital Identity System, or via the National Service Card (CNS).
