Please note that no operator is authorized to call users' homes to offer the service, which will only be activated following an explicit request and direct contact by those entitled.

And so that even the elderly who live alone and lack family support do not lack the necessary human support, the Municipality of Bra has activated the initiative through the same number "I call you at home". A network of volunteers coordinated by the Town Hall will contact people reported or requesting the service, updating them on the latest developments and news, trying to clarify doubts, making sure of any needs and, why not, having a chat to make people feel closeness.

“Especially in times of emergency like this, it is a duty of the Administration to be close to the most fragile sections of our community - comments the mayor of Bra Gianni Fogliato -. For the service to be truly effective it is important that only those who are alone can access it: I appeal to the sense of responsibility and civic awareness of our citizens, to allow the right support to those who need it most. I thank civic volunteers for their precious collaboration and also the many people who have contacted us in recent days giving their willingness to put themselves at the service of the community ”.
