The “Spring Concerts” review of the civic “Gandino” musical institute in Bra continues. After the first appreciated appointment, baroque music - and in particular the sacred vocal musical - returns to be the protagonist in the concert "Salve o Regina", scheduled for Friday 5 April 2019 at 21 pm in the suggestive church of San Giovanni Battista, in via Vittorio Emanuele II, 107.
During the evening, the singing students of the Fossano Musica Foundation and the Gandino di Bra, directed by teacher Paola Roggero and accompanied by cellist Luca Panicciari and organist Umberto Bo, will perform pieces for sopranos, basses, choir, solos, organ and cello. by Scarlatti, Carissimi, Supriano, Hasse and Dall'Abaco. The setting of the concert, courtesy of Don Gilberto Garrone, helps to strengthen the link between art, music and the city's architectural heritage.
"Blues in the night" will take place in the CRB Auditorium on Saturday 13 April at 21 pm, the last of the three musical events of the Braid spring, with Chiara Rosso on vocals, Enzo Fornione on piano and Carlo Gaia on drums, in a unpublished project that combines tradition and current events, between minimalist sound and forays into soul, jazz and R'nB.
All concerts are free. More information by contacting the “Adolfo Gandino” Civic Music Institute at 0172.1806939 or by email, at the address email@example.com. (Em)
