Feel and participate in the celebrations held at the Bra weekend on the occasion of the Day of National Unity and the Armed Forces. On the centenary of the conclusion of the Great War, Sunday 4 November 2018 the City paid tribute to the memory of his fallen for the country with the public presentation of the new memorial work installed in the roundabout of Viale Rimembranze, built on the idea of ​​the engineer Gaia Guide the support of the Bra Host Lions Club, and of the renewed metal plaques on the avenue, thanks to the collaboration of Nino Terreno. After the deposition of the laurel crowns to the city stones, the procession of the authorities and of the fighting and weapon associations, accompanied by the city band "Giuseppe Verdi", arrived in the gardens of Piazza Roma for the final celebrations at the Monument of the Fallen, with interventions by the Mayor Bruna Sibille, the culture councilor Fabio Bailo and the former fighter and deported braidese Livio Cella, class 1922. In the same symbolic place, Saturday 3 November took place the Ceremony organized by the Alpine group Braidese on the occasion of the Centenary of the end of the Great War.

The important anniversary will also be remembered on Saturday 24 November at 21 in the "Giovanni Arpino" Auditorium of Largo Resistenza, with a thematic show of words and music during which 900 songs performed by the city band will alternate with the narration of episodes and of characters - also braidesi - related to that page of our history.
