Citizens who live in the Municipality of Bra and are not yet in a position to establish the residence for any reason may request registration in the temporary population register. Residence means staying in a place for a certain period of time (for example: study, work, health, family reasons).
Registration is made at the request of the interested party or by office and is granted after the necessary investigations; does not provide for the issue of certification; it can also be requested for any members of the family unit. Only citizens of the European Union can obtain the enrollment certificate.
Who can apply for membership
Registration in the temporary population register may be requested by:
- Italian citizens resident in another Italian municipality, who have been staying for at least 4 months;
- third-country nationals (who are not members of the European Union), resident abroad or in another Italian municipality, residing for at least 4 months;
- citizens of the European Union, resident abroad or in another Italian municipality, who have been staying for at least 3 months (Decree Lgsl. 30 / 2007).
When the stay exceeds the 12 months, the citizen can no longer be considered temporary and must therefore apply for registration in the register of the resident population.
