Bruna Sibille, the mayor of Bra, presented the certificates to the young people who took part in the city for the "Food Collection" day and the "Donate food" initiative. The first town, in a meeting to which was also the president of the city council Fabio Bailo and the entire city council, thanked the young students of the state secondary school, the middle schools of the San Domenico Savio institute and the higher institute "Ernesto Guala" who have collaborated in the collection of food, at various points of sale citizens, to be allocated to those who need it most through associations involved in social voluntary work.
Those delivered today are very significant, because it is a certificate of solidarity that, unlike other diplomas, must first be obtained and then also concretely practiced "- said Mayor Bruna Sibille -" It was an initiative that has allowed us to make a collection but also a work of sensitization towards ourselves and others, because solidarity grows and makes us grow ". Words also taken by Felice Pautasso, one of the organizers of the initiative, who wanted to remember how at Bra were collected 23 pallets of goods for a total of 14 tons of food, going to be added to the 9.600 tons collected throughout Italy.
