New plant
New plant interventions are those for the use of unstructured areas.
According to the procedure established by the Mortuary Police regulations and by the Cemetery Master Plan, for the interventions of the new plant the start of the works must be authorized by a formal provision by the Public Works Division Manager accompanied by a report signed by a qualified technician. on specific forms.
The report should be supplemented with appropriate technical elaborations. 
At the end of the interview, end-of-work communication is required, accompanied by a Static Compliance Statement prepared by a qualified technician.
New planting works must be started within one year and completed within three years from the date of the granting of the area, unless prolongations have been requested to obtain and obtain the same procedure as above. 
 
 
Ordinary maintenance
Ordinary maintenance work consists of repair works, renovation and replacement of the finishes of building products and those necessary to supplement or maintain existing technical installations, provided that they do not entail any modifications to the structures or to the building organization. 
For ordinary maintenance work, it is sufficient for a prior communication written in the Public Works Department of the Municipality, accompanied by a summary description of the work to be carried out and followed, at the end of the intervention, by a work communication, both written on a specific form.
Ordinary maintenance work must not, however, last for more than sixty days for a communication, except for any prolonged reason to apply for and obtain the same procedure as above. 
 
 
Extraordinary maintenance
Extraordinary maintenance work is the work and the necessary modifications to innovate and replace even dilapidated structural parts of building products, including the formation of external finishes.
For extraordinary maintenance interventions, a prior written communication to the Public Works Division of the Municipality is required, accompanied by a report signed by a qualified technician.
At the end of the interview, a notice of completion of work may be required, at the request of the Office, accompanied by a Static Compliance Statement drawn up by a qualified technician.
However, extraordinary maintenance work must not last more than six months for a communication, unless justified by prolongations to be obtained and obtain the same procedure as above. 
 
 
Restoration
Restoration works consist of preserving building materials and ensuring functionality through a systematic set of works in keeping with the typological, formal, structural elements of the body itself.
The type of intervention includes:
(a) the restoration of architectural aspects and, where appropriate, the restoration of altered parts;
b) static consolidation, with replacement of the parts, which cannot be recovered without changing positions and dimensions, of the fundamental structural elements.
For restoration work, a prior written communication to the Public Works Department of the Municipality is required, accompanied by a report signed by a qualified technician, integrated with appropriate technical documents. 
However, the restoration work must not last more than one year for a communication, except for any extension required to obtain and obtain the same procedure as above. 
At the end of the interview, the end-of-work communication is required, if required by the Office, with a Static Compliance Statement prepared by a qualified technician.
 
Conservation restoration
Conservation restoration work consists mainly of sanitary-functional recovery of building materials for which the consolidation and integration of the structural elements and the possible modification of the planimetric structure are necessary, with the use of materials and techniques other than the original ones, as long as they are congruent with the characters of the artifacts.
For conservation interventions, a prior written communication to the Public Works Division of the Municipality is required, accompanied by a report signed by a qualified technician, integrated with appropriate technical documents.
Conservation restoration work must not, however, last for more than one year for a communication, except for any prolongations justified to be requested and obtained by the same procedure as above. At the end of the interview, the end-of-work communication is required, if required by the Office, with a Static Compliance Statement prepared by a qualified technician.
 
Building renovation
Restructuring works are those that aim to transform the building artifacts through a systematic set of works that can lead to a product partially or completely different from the previous one.
 
Type A renovation
Type A building renovation interventions are those which, even in the presence of modifications, additions or replacements of elements, including structural ones, do not result in an increase in surfaces and volumes.
Type A renovation works are subject to authorization issued by the relevant Municipal Manager, upon written notice to the Public Works Department of the Municipality, accompanied by a signed technical report, supplemented with appropriate technical drawings.
However, type A construction work must not last more than eighteen months from the date of receipt of the authorization, except for extended extensions of up to a maximum of six months, to be obtained and obtained by the same procedure as above.
At the end of the intervention, communication of work completion, if necessary accompanied by a Static Compliance Statement prepared by a qualified technician, is required if requested by the Office.
Renovation of building type B
 Type B building renovation interventions are those that also allow for variations in surfaces and recovery of volumes.
In this type of intervention it is permissible to rebuild parts of perimeter bearing walls as long as the positioning is maintained.
Changes in horizon quotas are allowed.
New structural elements are needed for the transformation of building structures or parts thereof.
Openings are created or eliminated, as well as modification of the outer pads.
Restructuring operations are subject to authorization issued by the relevant municipal manager, upon written notice to the Public Works Department of the Municipality, accompanied by report and design acts with the signature of a qualified technician.
However, construction work of type B must not last more than two years from the date of receipt of the authorization, except for extensions up to a maximum of one year, to be obtained and obtained by the same procedure as above.
At the end of the interview, the notice of work completion must be completed, accompanied by a Static Compliance Statement prepared by a qualified technician.
 
Demolition, reconstruction, replacement
Demolition and reconstruction interventions, when omitted from these regulations, relate to structures that are crumbling and lacking architectural value; the new artifact must be contained within the geometric limits of the existing building, except for underground parts, and it will not have to contend with new alignments.
The reconstruction and / or replacement operations referred to in the first paragraph are subject to authorization issued by the relevant Municipal Manager in accordance with the procedure established by the Mortuaria Police Regulation for new plant operations.

In the case of interventions on artifacts belonging to the aforementioned category, the start of the works must be authorized by a formal provision by the Manager of the Public Works Division.
In the case of an artefact included in the catalog of architectural cultural heritage, pursuant to Regional Law no. 35/95, to the Municipal Hygienic-Building Regulations, and the Cemetery Town Plan, this authorization can be issued only after obtaining the favorable opinion of the Local Landscape Commission as per regional law n. 32/2008.
In the case of a manufactured article protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 22 / 1 / 2004, no. 42 and subsequent modifications and additions, the authorization may only be granted following a favorable opinion of the Regional Directorate for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the same Ministry, which shall adopt the opinion of the said Commission.
Time for completion procedure: Authorization to execute cemeteries: 60 days.
