EXTENSION OF TERMS

In light of the restrictive measures ordered by the Government to contain the pandemic, the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA) has adopted a provision for the period from 1 March to 30 April 2020 which provides that those who should renew the bonus application beyond the original expiry date established by the regulation, but in any case within 60 days following the end of the aforementioned suspension period, the continuity of the bonuses themselves is guaranteed, with retroactive validity starting from the original expiry date and for a period of 12 months.

Therefore, all citizens beneficiaries of bonuses expiring on April 30, 2020 (who should have requested renewal by March 31) or May 31 (who should have requested renewal by April 30), will be able to request renewal by 30 April. June to see the further 12-month period guaranteed in continuity with the previous one.

BONUS ENERGY

The "ENERGY BONUS" allows low-income families to save on bills and for cases of serious illness which requires the use of electromedical equipment which is essential for keeping them alive.
All domestic customers who use an electricity supply in their residence with power up to 3kw who have an ISEE lower than or equal to 8.265,00 Euros can access the social bonus.
In the case of a family with 4 or more dependent children, the income limit is raised to 20.000 euros.

In addition, all electric customers where a person with a serious illness lives, who are forced to use electromedical equipment necessary for life maintenance, are entitled to the social bonus.
In these cases, to gain access to the social bonus, the customer must be in possession of an ASL certificate stating:

- the need to use such equipment

- the type of equipment used

- the address where the equipment is installed

- the date from which the citizen uses the equipment.

In this case the income is irrelevant and the power used can be higher than 3kw. The two bonuses can be combined if the respective eligibility requirements are met. For domestic customers who have directly signed a contract for the supply of energy as a deductible component on their bills. The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, to obtain any renewal, the consumer must submit an application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification, which certifies the persistence of the conditions of economic hardship within one month before the deadline. The Energy Bonus can be requested by submitting, at any time of the year, an application on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra - Scholastic Services Office, Subsidized Services, Isee.

BONUS GAS
The "GAS BONUS" allows low-income families to save on their bills. The amount of savings is differentiated by:

- of the climatic zone

- of the type of use

- the number of people residing in the house

All domestic customers who use a supply of natural gas (no LPG and / or donuts or cylinders) in their residence with an ISEE equal to or lower than 8.265,00 Euros can access the social bonus.
In the case of a family with 4 or more dependent children, the income limit is raised to 20.000 euros.

All those who, in the presence of the above requirements, are holders of an individual supply for kitchen or kitchen use plus (autonomous) heating, individual more centralized supply or centralized supply only for condominium heating can benefit from the social measure described above, (if plant runs on natural gas - NO district heating).

For domestic customers who have directly signed a contract for the supply of natural gas, the Bonus is recognized as a deductible component on the bills; for all those who use centralized heating systems and are not holders of a direct supply contract, the Bonus is recognized through a postal transfer. The Gas Bonus can be requested by submitting, at any time of the year, an application on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra - School Services Office, Subsidized Services, Isee. The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, to obtain any renewal, the consumer must resubmit the application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification, which certifies the persistence of the conditions of economic hardship within one month before the deadline.

WATER BONUS
The “SOCIAL WATER BONUS” (WATER BONUS) allows low-income families to obtain a discount on the tariff for the waterworks service for residential users in conditions of economic hardship.

The social bonus can be accessed by all domestic customers who use their own water supply in their home or live in a building and the owner of the supply contract is the condominium itself and who have an ISEE lower than or equal to 8.265,00 Euros.
In the case of a family with 4 or more dependent children, the income limit is raised to 20.000 euros.

The bonus is paid out in two different ways:

- for direct users, the payment takes place in the bill;
- for indirect users, the manager will provide the bonus in a single solution, by domiciled bank transfer or through the use of the IBAN code.
The Social Water Bonus (Water Bonus) can be requested by submitting, at any time of the year, an application on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra - School Services Office, Subsidized Benefits, Isee

The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, to obtain any renewal, the consumer must resubmit the application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification (the ISEE expires on 31 December of each calendar year) which certifies the persistence of the conditions of economic hardship within a month before the deadline.

Attached are the forms and the instructions for filling in to access the bonuses for electricity and / or natural gas and / or water supplies.
