Gustav Klimt at the Traversa Palace: Saturday 14 September opens in Bra, in the halls of the civic museum of art and archeology, the exhibition of the unpublished painting "Portrait of a Lady" by the famous Viennese artist. At the same time as the event, the city museum system launches the Card Museum of Bra, with which it will be possible to visit the civic structures under the Zizzola and the exhibitions in progress for two months.
The mysterious "Portrait of a Lady" by Klimt will be in Bra, via Parpera 4, until November 10, with inauguration on Saturday 14 September at 18. The unique opportunity to admire the painting - never previously exhibited to the public - is part of the project of the art critic Vittorio Sgarbi "The faces and the soul" which, parallel to the exhibition in Braida, leads to Baldissero d ' Alba the "Portrait of Olga Lindpaintner" by Franz Von Stuck, with a preview on Sunday 15 September at the 15, in the Council Chamber in via XXV Aprile. On the same day, Vittorio Sgarbi will be present in Bra, at Palazzo Traversa, for a lectio magistralis with free admission, scheduled at 17.30.
Following the inauguration, the Klimt Event can be visited by purchasing the entrance ticket to the Museum of Palazzo Traversa at the cost of 3 euros or with the Museums Card of Bra which, at the special price of 5 euro, will guarantee unlimited access to the Museum Civic Craveri of Natural History, at the Civic Museum of Archeology, History and Art and at the Toy Museum until 10 November. With the Card it will also be possible to access the Franz Von Stuck event in Baldissero d'Alba and the exhibition "De Rerum Nature, myth and everyday life" at the Craveri Museum.
