The Associazione Amici dei Musei of Bra organizes a guided tour of the exhibition "Chagall, Color and Magic", set up in the rooms of Palazzo Mazzetti, in Asti, on Sunday 25 November 2018.
With over 150 works - including paintings, drawings, watercolors and engravings - and an exhibition itinerary divided into seven sections, the exhibition represents an extraordinary opportunity to retrace the utopian world and the painter's artistic trajectory, from 1925 to death. "The exhibition - explains the organizers - follows an original path that, going beyond the chronological presentation, proposes a new reading of the works, allowing the visitor to delve into the main themes of the artist's production": the Russian tradition, the sense of sacred, the relationship with the literati and the poets and the interest for the nature, beyond the world of the circus and, obviously, the love, that dominates his works.
The departure is scheduled at 13 from Piazza Giolitti, in front of the Red Cross headquarters. At the end of the guided tour there will be the opportunity to stop to review the works or, for those who wish, to visit the center of Asti. The return is scheduled at 18, with arrival in Bra around the 19.
To participate you must book no later than November 22, with simultaneous payment of the fee (0172.412010 - email: firstname.lastname@example.org). The cost is € 25 per person, inclusive of admission, guided tour, transport a / r by bus; reduced to 20 euro for members of the Friends of Museums and to 15 euro for the owners of the Torino Piemonte Museums Subscription.
