The summer openings of the weekend continue at the multimedia museum "Zizzola Casa dei Braidesi" and at the park surrounding the octagonal structure, overlooking the city and the hills of Langa and Roero. In addition to free visits to the museum, every Saturday and Sunday, from 11 to 19, you can also discover some small thematic exhibitions, read the books in the park bookcrossing or have fun with the wooden games of the Toy Museum.
In the "Fasola" room there are the photos of "C'era una volta", images of the Zizzola before and after the restoration, in collaboration with Giovanni Bellingeri and Roberto Tibaldi. In the "Rosa dei Venti" exhibition, on the first floor, a double appointment dedicated to writing and to Giovanni Arpino: in collaboration with the City Museum of Mechanical Writing, the Zizzola spaces host the "Dear Giovanni" exhibition, the typewriters of the model used from the author and some of the writer's favorite titles, made available by the city's civic library.
The room on the ground floor also becomes a bookcrossing point, where you can choose the volumes to read and exchange in the park or in the museum rooms, while in the green space you can have fun experimenting with some wooden games from the Toy Museum collection.
All the initiatives, organized by the Municipality of Bra in collaboration with the Mousikon association, are free admission. More information on www.turismoinbra.it or on the Facebook page @museidibra. (Em)
