For the effects of the application of publicity rights, the locality of the municipal territory is divided into two categories, in relation to the importance of advertising for purposes of the limits and with the modalities established by current legislation (D.Lgs. 507 / 1993), so distinguished:

  • the normal category (N)
  • the special category (S)

For the special category, fees for rights, limited to those of a commercial nature, made in the location included in the above category, are subject to an increase of 40% of the normal fare.
