The City of Bra, in compliance with the principles enshrined in the D. Lgs.30 June 2003, n. 196 "Personal Data Protection Code" provides users with the ability to interact with their portal to consult or use the relevant services accessible via the address corresponding to the home page of the Bra's official site.

This page, in addition to describing how to manage the site, pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned "Code" is intended to inform users who connect to the portal of the Municipality of Bra, also with regard to the processing of personal data and related warranties recognized by law. This information is made solely for the site of the City of Bra and not for other websites that can be consulted by the user through links.


Aims of treatment
Personal data will be processed in relation to the services offered by the Municipality of Bra through its portal, exclusively for purposes that fall within the institutional duties of the Administration or for the fulfillment of the requirements of law or regulation. In the context of these purposes, the treatment also covers the data relating to the registration / registration of the portal necessary for the management of relations with the City of Bra, as well as to enable effective institutional communication and to fulfill any obligations of law, regulation or contractual.
Place and mode of treatment

Type and nature of data processed

These data are not collected for the purpose of associating them with identified individuals, but by their nature they may allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties, especially when it is necessary to establish liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime for damage to the site. The data used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its proper functioning are retained for as long as necessary for carrying out comparative statistical analysis and compilation activities and for a period not exceeding 12 months.


Data provided voluntarily by
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated in the various channels of access to the site and the compilation of the forms (masks) involve the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to meet the requests as well as any other data personal items included in the letter. Summary information specs will be displayed or displayed on site pages tailored for particular services on request.


Obligation or power to confer data

Aside from what is specified for the navigation data, you are free to provide the personal data contained in the application forms or otherwise indicated in contact with the Bra Council to solicit the sending of communications or any documentation. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, 2 paragraph;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not 'need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement It proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
(b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication ".


Privacy Statement for Institutional Communications via E-Mail (13 196 / 2003)

According to art. 13 of the Code for the Protection of Personal Data (D.Lgs. 196 / 2003) informs those concerned that the processing of the data provided directly through the web portal in order to benefit from the services offered or acquired for this purpose is carried out by Bra, as a Data Controller, and is intended solely for the performance of activities related to the management of institutional communications including the sending of e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses provided at registration / registration portal.
The processing of personal data will also be carried out with the use of automated procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the above purposes, guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
The personal data provided at registration / registration to the portal (name, surname, residence, telephone references, e-mail address, etc.) are used by the communication services by e-mail. The provision of data is compulsory and any refusal precludes the possibility of receiving the services of the Municipality of Bra. The aforementioned data can also be used for sending institutional communications not strictly related to the portal registration but compatible with the institutional purpose. Anyone who has an interest is still entitled to ask at any time to cancel the communication services by e-mail.
The treatments will be carried out by the natural persons responsible for the procedure and designated as assigned. Data collected is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for the ability of the data to be known by persons involved in the procedure of managing the activities properly identified and, where appropriate, designated as Data Processing Officers.
The parties concerned are entitled to the rights set forth in art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, in particular, the right of access to the personal data concerning them, to request rectification, updating and cancellation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of law, and to oppose their treatment for reasons legitimate by submitting a request to the Municipality of Bra as Holder.
