The Municipality of Bra, in compliance with the principles established by the D. Lgs.30 June 2003, n. 196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data", offers users the opportunity to interact with their portal to consult or use the related services, accessible through the address www.comune.bra.cn.it corresponding to the home page of the official website of the Municipality of Bra.

This page, in addition to describing how to manage the site, pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned "Code" is intended to inform users who connect to the portal of the City of Bra, including the processing of personal data and related guarantees recognized by law. This statement is made exclusively for the site of the City of Bra and not for other websites that can be consulted by the user through links.

 

Purpose of the treatment
Personal data will be processed in relation to the services offered by the Municipality of Bra through its portal, exclusively for the purposes that fall within the institutional tasks of the Administration or for the obligations required by law or regulation. e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not 'need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement It proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
(b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication ".

 

Privacy Statement for Institutional Communications via E-Mail (13 196 / 2003)

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196 / 2003) inform interested parties that the processing of data provided directly through the web portal in order to use the services offered or otherwise acquired for this purpose, is carried out by the Municipality of Bra, in its capacity as Data Controller, and is aimed solely at the completion of activities related to the management of institutional communications that include sending e-mails to the e-mail addresses provided during registration / registration at the portal.
The processing of personal data will therefore also be carried out with the use of automated procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data.
The personal data provided during registration / registration to the portal (name, surname, residence, telephone numbers, e-mail address, etc.) are used by the communication services by e-mail. The provision of data is mandatory and any refusal precludes the possibility of using the services of the City of Bra. The aforementioned data can also be used for sending institutional communications not strictly connected to the service related to the portal registration but compatible with the institutional purposes. The interested parties are however entitled to request at any time the cancellation from the communication services by e-mail.
The treatments will be carried out by the natural persons in charge of the procedure and designated as appointed. The data collected are not the object of communication to third parties, without prejudice to the possibility that the data may be known by parties involved in the management of the activities appropriately identified and possibly designated as Data Processors.
The rights referred to in art. 7 of the aforementioned Code, in particular, the right to access personal data concerning them, to request rectification, updating and cancellation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for reasons legitimate addressing the request to the Municipality of Bra as owner.
